dual core vs dual cpu

I agree...: " all this new protocol needs much maturing because just by changing...does nothing but prepare, however, I see rare/limited increase in performance...so in essence, the Roads open but the flow of traffics the same.
I love OCing but I too have capped my desires as I see no need to go out and buy a new High Performance HS/Fan when I can gain a decent boost with a retail HS/Fan for a few $'s more and 3 yr warranty... "
