Rolls Roaches: "fixing the apple

Well presently there have been leaks of around three different versions of Mac OS X for Intel (code name marklar)

10.4.1

10.4.3 build 8F1099
10.4.3 build 8F1111

Here below you'll find a guide on how to patch the original DVD image of build 8F1111 to make it run on non-apple developer machines:

You need maxxuss antiTPM patch from previous build 8F1099 (that is files oah750 and oah750d) available at Maxxuss site :

BUT FIRST YOU NEED A SSE3 and NX capable cpu!!!!!

Using terminal.app mount the image read/write with the following command :

hdiutil attach macosx_10.4.3_8f1111_for_dtk_userdvd.dmg -shadow /tmp/mac10.4.3.shadow -noverify

You'll see the disk icon pop up on screen.

cd into it

cd /Volumes/Mac OS X Install DVD

cd into usr/libexec/oah , now make backups of the old files : mv oah750 oah750.old and mv oah750d oah750d.old

Now you can copy maxxuss oah750 and oah750d here.

When you're done exit terminal then open Disk Utility, you'll see the disk image icon on the left column (the one which looks like an unmounted disk image, not the one that looks like a mounted one) , select it and from the top menu press the BURN icon.

That's it.

If you don't have a mac, or say, you run Windows, try using TransMac or such utilities capable of editing a mac formatted volume , and replace those damn oah750 directly into the DVD image before you burn it.

If you use linux I'm sure you'll find a way to do it.
My suggestion is : get build 8F1099 it's better"
